Chief Cashier - F&B (Contract) - Walk-in Interview Available

Join Erajaya, a leading retail and consumer products company in Indonesia, as our Chief Cashier for F&B! We are seeking a detail-oriented, responsible, and experienced cashier leader to oversee our food and beverage payment operations in Pasar Rebo, East Jakarta. This is a full-time, contract position with a competitive salary of IDR 4,500,000 to IDR 6,000,000 per month.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of cashiers, ensuring accurate and efficient payment processing, and maintaining a high standard of customer service. You will work closely with our management team to optimize cash flow and improve operational efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and supervise a team of cashiers to ensure efficient and accurate payment processing
• Monitor cash handling and inventory to prevent losses and ensure compliance with company policies
• Train and develop cashier staff to improve their performance and customer service skills
• Resolve customer complaints and disputes in a professional and courteous manner
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for improving cash flow and operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including those related to financial transactions and data protection
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions
• Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of company-wide policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a cashier or cashier supervisor in the F&B industry, with at least 3 years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures, including counting, depositing, and reconciling cash
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and other relevant software, such as QuickBooks or SAP
• Ability to lift and move up to 20 kg, and stand for long periods of time
• Valid ID and work permit for Indonesia
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field (preferred but not required)
• Certification in cash handling and financial transactions (preferred but not required)
