In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering engaging content, interacting with our audience, and ensuring our live events run smoothly. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Host live events, including webinars, panel discussions, and live streams, to engage and interact with our audience in real-time.
• Deliver engaging and informative content, ensuring our audience remains captivated throughout the event.
• Promote our brand and products effectively during live events, driving engagement and interest.
• Work closely with our marketing team to develop and execute live content strategies, ensuring our events meet our clients' objectives.
• Use live streaming platforms such as Zoom, YouTube Live, or Facebook Live to host and manage live events.
• Monitor audience feedback and engagement during live events, and provide regular reports to the marketing team.
• Collaborate with our design and production teams to ensure our live events are visually appealing and technically flawless.
• Adapt to changing event formats and technologies, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in live event hosting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in live event hosting, webinars, or panel discussions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and interact with a live audience.
• Strong understanding of live streaming platforms and technologies, such as Zoom, YouTube Live, or Facebook Live.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Creative and innovative thinker, with the ability to develop and execute engaging live content strategies.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel.
• Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian, with excellent English skills a plus.
• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
