🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Nurse Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Certification as a Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
