📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and conduct swimming lessons for children aged 3-12, focusing on skill development, safety, and fun.
• Assess and monitor children’s progress using SwimPro and SwimPass to provide personalized coaching.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and emergency protocols, including first aid training.
• Collaborate with the team to create and implement lesson plans that align with the swimming curriculum.
• Promote a positive and inclusive environment, fostering a love for swimming in children.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development workshops to enhance coaching skills.
• Assist in organizing and supervising swimming events and competitions for children.
• Maintain a clean and organized swimming facility, ensuring all equipment is in good condition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a swimming coach or instructor, preferably with children.
• Certified by a recognized swimming coaching body, such as Swim Australia or USA Swimming.
• First Aid and CPR certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and parents.
• Familiarity with swimming pool safety and emergency procedures.
• Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in Indonesian.
• Experience with SwimPro or similar coaching software is a plus.
