📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address production issues.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including work instructions, process flow diagrams, and standard operating procedures.
• Train and mentor team members on manufacturing processes and best practices.
• Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation in manufacturing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related role.
• Proven experience in designing, developing, and optimizing manufacturing processes.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency in using manufacturing software, such as SAP, ERP, or MES systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
