• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.

• Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with local and international labor laws.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a strong background in strategic HR leadership.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with HR software and tools, such as BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Proficiency in English, with fluency in Bahasa Indonesia a strong asset.
