📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide Level 2 support for OMS and POS systems, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
• Conduct regular system maintenance and updates to keep our applications running smoothly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements for our OMS and POS systems.
• Monitor system performance and proactively address any issues to prevent disruptions.
• Document all technical processes and provide training to other team members.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance our systems.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure seamless integration of new features and updates.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues that may arise.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.
• Proficiency in OMS and POS systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with database management.
• Familiarity with retail technology and e-commerce platforms is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
