🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in investor relations, capital markets, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of capital markets regulations and best practices.
• Proficient in financial modeling and analysis tools such as Excel, Bloomberg, and FactSet.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with investor relations software such as IRIS, Mergent Online, or Dealogic.
