📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Consult with customers to understand their vehicle service needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Utilize diagnostic tools and software to accurately identify vehicle issues.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Maintain and update vehicle service records and customer information using our in-house system.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in automotive service.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve service standards.
• Promote our Omoda and Jaecoo brands, ensuring customers are aware of the unique features and benefits of our vehicles.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive service, preferably in a premium car dealership.
• Proven track record of excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools and software, such as OBD-II scanners and vehicle history reports.
• Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects, as required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
