📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Collaborate with the learning and development team to design and develop digital learning experiences using Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, and Camtasia.
• Create engaging and interactive e-learning modules that align with our global training initiatives.
• Conduct needs analysis and gather feedback to ensure the relevance and effectiveness of our digital learning solutions.
• Assist in the development and implementation of learning strategies that support our global operations.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital learning design.
• Contribute to the creation of a diverse and inclusive learning environment.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning and execution.
• Support the learning and development team in achieving their goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Instructional Design, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of digital learning design principles and practices.
• Proficiency in using Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or Camtasia.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools and multimedia design principles.
• Understanding of global learning and development trends and best practices.
