As an Accounting Manager - Tax, you'll be responsible for managing all tax-related activities, including tax planning, compliance, and reporting. You'll work closely with our team to ensure accurate and timely tax filings, while also identifying opportunities to optimize our tax position. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize liabilities and maximize savings.
• Manage tax compliance, including annual and quarterly filings, and ensure adherence to local and international tax laws.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, tax returns, and other tax-related reports using QuickBooks, SAP, or similar software.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
• Provide tax advice and guidance to the management team and employees.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and ensure the company's compliance.
• Collaborate with external tax advisors and auditors as needed.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation of all financial transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax accounting, with a strong background in tax planning and compliance.
• Proficiency in tax software such as TaxAct, TurboTax, or similar.
• Certification in tax preparation (e.g., Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Enrolled Agent (EA)) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
