Dance Coach

You will have the chance to work with a diverse range of students, from beginners to advanced dancers, and help them achieve their goals.

In this role, you will design and deliver engaging dance classes, workshops, and performances. You will also be responsible for assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback, and continuously improving your teaching methods. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of Rp 5,000,000 - Rp 8,000,000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and deliver engaging dance classes and workshops for students of all ages and skill levels.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
• Continuously improve teaching methods and incorporate new techniques and trends in dance.
• Organize and participate in dance performances, showcasing students' talents.
• Collaborate with other coaches and staff to create a supportive and inclusive dance environment.
• Promote PT. Wonderlab's dance programs and attract new students.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the dance industry and incorporate relevant knowledge into your teaching.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all students during dance classes and performances.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Dance, Physical Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a dance coach or instructor.
• Certification in a specific dance style (e.g., Ballet, Jazz, Hip-Hop, Contemporary) is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with students and colleagues.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience in teaching diverse age groups and skill levels.
• Familiarity with dance software and tools such as DanceForms, DanceRehearsal, or similar.
• Passion for dance and a commitment to fostering creativity and personal growth in students.
