As a Plastic Recycling Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our plastic recycling operations, from collection and sorting to processing and distribution. You will work closely with suppliers, partners, and stakeholders to ensure that our recycling processes are efficient, cost-effective, and environmentally friendly. With your leadership, we will continue to set the standard for sustainable waste management in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee end-to-end plastic recycling operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with environmental regulations.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve recycling processes, reduce costs, and increase sustainability.
• Manage a team of recycling operators, ensuring they are trained and equipped to perform their roles effectively.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and stakeholders to ensure a steady supply of recyclable materials.
• Monitor and report on recycling performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement innovative solutions to drive sustainability.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant environmental laws and regulations.
• Represent Universal Eco Pacific at industry events and conferences to promote our sustainability initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in plastic recycling operations, with a proven track record of success.
• Certification in waste management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using recycling management software such as SAP or similar.
• Knowledge of environmental regulations and standards relevant to plastic recycling.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
