As an Assistant Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a team of maintenance staff, and ensuring that all facilities are well-maintained and functional. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily facility maintenance and operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
• Manage and mentor a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
• Conduct regular facility inspections to identify and address any issues or areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and protocols to ensure optimal facility performance.
• Collaborate with property managers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
• Monitor and manage facility budgets, ensuring cost-effective and efficient use of resources.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends, and implement new technologies and tools as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end hospitality or commercial facility.
• Proven experience in managing a team and overseeing daily operations.
• Strong knowledge of facility maintenance software such as FM Pro, ServiceMax, or similar.
• Certification in LEED or other relevant green building certifications is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
