📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the development and implementation of cooperative strategies to enhance agricultural productivity and sustainability.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for farmers and cooperative members on best practices in sustainable agriculture.
• Provide technical advice and support to cooperatives on topics such as crop management, soil health, and post-harvest handling.
• Facilitate communication and coordination between cooperatives, farmers, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of cooperatives, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of reports and proposals for funding and support.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement marketing strategies for cooperative products.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sustainable agriculture.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in cooperative development, agricultural extension, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of cooperative principles and practices.
• Knowledge of sustainable agriculture techniques and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
