Event Service Assistant - Premium Hospitality Role

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in setting up and breaking down event booths, ensuring they are visually appealing and functional.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests, answering questions and addressing any concerns.
• Promote products and services effectively, using sales techniques and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with the event team to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the booth.
• Assist in inventory management, keeping track of supplies and restocking as needed.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized booth at all times, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Provide feedback on guest interactions and event experiences to help improve future events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or hospitality role.
• Proven ability to work well under pressure in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of guests.
• Basic knowledge of event planning and setup is a plus.
• Familiarity with using POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 20 kg.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings, as events may occur during these times.
