We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager or Officer-in-Charge (OIC) to join our team at our popular Sulbing Korean Dessert Cafe. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for the food and beverage industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales tracking.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing customer concerns.,Drive sales growth through effective marketing strategies, promotions, and upselling techniques.,Manage and train staff to ensure they meet performance standards and deliver exceptional customer service.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including food preparation areas and restrooms.,Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure product availability.,Collaborate with the corporate office to implement company policies and procedures.,Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management software.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
