Silver Byte Group is looking for a Store Admin to join our team in Samarinda. As a Store Admin, you will be responsible for managing store operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. This is an urgent position, so we need someone who can start immediately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store inventory, including stock levels, ordering, and receiving.,Assist in the setup and organization of merchandise displays.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive shopping experience.,Conduct sales transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.,Assist in the preparation and organization of promotional materials.,Monitor and report on sales performance and customer feedback.,Perform other administrative tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Previous experience in retail, store administration, or customer service is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Familiarity with inventory management systems is an advantage.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Ability to lift and move items up to 20 lbs.
