📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that align with the company's strategic objectives and the needs of the employees.,Deliver training sessions, workshops, and other learning activities to employees at all levels.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Leverage technology to enhance the training and development process, such as using e-learning platforms.,Collaborate with department heads and other stakeholders to ensure that training programs are relevant and impactful.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide guidance and support to junior trainers and other team members.,Assist in the development and implementation of the company's overall training and development strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, with a focus on corporate training.,Proven track record of designing and delivering successful training programs.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies, assessment tools, and evaluation techniques.,Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and other training technologies.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
