📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge,Evaluate employee performance and provide constructive feedback,Create and maintain training materials and resources,Conduct workshops, seminars, and other training activities,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training needs are met,Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development,Provide guidance and support to junior instructors

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development,Proven track record of successful training programs,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong organizational and time management skills,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture,Certification in training and development (preferred)
