Puskesmas Maya Health Center is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the fleet of vehicles used by our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fleet management principles and a commitment to providing excellent service to our patients and staff.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the fleet, including scheduling, maintenance, and inspections.,Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of the fleet.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle performance to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement fleet management policies and procedures.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.,Provide excellent customer service to patients and staff using the fleet.,Manage and maintain accurate records of fleet activities and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with healthcare industry regulations and best practices.
