📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.,Manage the payroll process, including tax calculations and filings.,Oversee the preparation of financial statements and ensure timely submission.,Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve accounting issues.,Provide training and support to junior accountants.,Stay updated with the latest accounting trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior role.,Proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international financial reporting standards.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
