City Link Group is looking for a talented and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Tenggarong. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.,Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and served according to high standards of quality and safety.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment for staff and customers.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.,Train and develop staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.,Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements.,Work closely with the marketing team to promote the restaurant and attract new customers.,Provide excellent customer service and ensure that all customers have a positive dining experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with restaurant management software and POS systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Experience with remote management and team collaboration tools.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
