As the Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and sales tracking.,Ensure the store meets all health and safety regulations.,Implement and monitor sales strategies to achieve targets.,Train and develop store staff to enhance performance and customer service.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Conduct regular stock checks and reordering as needed.,Collaborate with the regional office to ensure store performance aligns with company goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and tools.,Experience in managing remote teams or working in a remote environment.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.,Familiarity with e-commerce and digital sales channels.
