Apex Property Management is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Listing, Property Onboarding & Sales Agent to join our team in Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and listing properties, onboarding new clients, and driving sales in the competitive real estate market. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and list properties for sale or rent in Bali, ensuring accurate and appealing descriptions and high-quality photographs.,Onboard new clients, providing exceptional customer service and guiding them through the property buying or renting process.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the Bali real estate market.,Collaborate with property owners, developers, and other stakeholders to secure listings and negotiate deals.,Attend open houses, property viewings, and networking events to showcase properties and build relationships with potential clients.,Track and manage property listings, client inquiries, and sales leads using our proprietary CRM system.,Provide regular reports and updates to the management team on market activity, sales performance, and client feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).,Minimum of 2 years of experience in property sales, listing, or related roles in the real estate industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding performance expectations.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Strong knowledge of the Bali real estate market, including pricing trends, demand drivers, and local regulations.,Familiarity with property management software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.,Valid Indonesian work permit and ability to work in Bali.
