Overseeing the IT department's operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our systems.,Driving innovation in our technology infrastructure and implementing new technologies to improve efficiency.,Managing IT projects and ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.,Ensuring the security of our systems and data, and implementing measures to protect against cyber threats.,Providing technical support to employees and ensuring they have the resources they need to do their jobs.,Collaborating with other departments to ensure our IT systems support their needs and goals.,Keeping up to date with the latest trends and developments in the IT industry.,Mentoring and developing the skills of junior IT staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,5-7 years of experience in IT leadership roles.,Proven track record of successfully managing IT projects and teams.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and security systems.,Experience with IT service management tools and practices.,Strong communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English is a plus.
