📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Oversee staff performance, conduct training, and implement performance improvement programs.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.,Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, customer feedback, and operational performance.,Collaborate with the regional manager to achieve company-wide sales targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing retail outlets and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.
