HSE Field Specialist - Health, Safety & Environment Leadership in Bali

PT Wira Energi is seeking a dedicated HSE Field Specialist to join our team in Bali. As part of our commitment to operational excellence, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety, compliance, and environmental stewardship of our projects across Bali's dynamic energy sector. This role offers a competitive salary package of Rp 5.5M–7M per month, along with opportunities for professional growth and development.

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and enforcing health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures on-site. You will conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits, and provide training to employees on safety protocols and best practices. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining a safe and compliant working environment, which is essential for the success of our projects.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures on-site.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on safety protocols and best practices.
• Investigate accidents and incidents, and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Monitor and report on compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of safety and environmental considerations into project planning and execution.
• Develop and maintain safety and environmental management systems, including documentation and reporting.
• Promote a safety and environmental culture within the organization and among contractors and subcontractors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, Environment, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the energy sector.
• Professional certifications such as IOSH, NEBOSH, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using safety management software such as SAP, MSHA, or equivalent.
• Fluent in Indonesian and English.
