PT Bintang Indah is seeking a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to manage and optimize our fleet operations. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of our vehicles, maintaining high levels of service quality, and adhering to all safety and regulatory standards.

As a Fleet Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our fleet, including scheduling, maintenance, and driver management. You will work closely with our drivers, maintenance teams, and other departments to ensure that our vehicles are always in top condition and ready to serve our customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the fleet, including scheduling, maintenance, and driver management.
  • Ensure that all vehicles are in top condition and ready to serve customers.
  • Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle performance to optimize efficiency.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams to schedule and track repairs and servicing.
  • Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and generate reports as required.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
  • Work closely with drivers to ensure they are aware of their routes and responsibilities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all fleet users.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
  • Commitment to safety and adherence to company policies and procedures.
