📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting.
• Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and service through regular training and performance reviews.
• Manage and mentor a team of 20-30 staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop and implement new menu items and special events.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for revenue growth.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as local and international hospitality standards.
• Represent the restaurant at industry events and network with other professionals to stay updated on trends and best practices.
• Work closely with the design team to incorporate innovative design elements into the dining experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant management, with at least 2 years in a fine dining or luxury hospitality setting.
• Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving revenue growth.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Certification in food safety and hygiene (e.g., ServSafe, HACCP).
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros, Toast, or Square.
• Experience with inventory management software like QuickBooks or SAP.
• Passion for design and a keen eye for detail, able to integrate design elements into the dining experience.
