📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and monitor the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.,Provide strategic financial advice to senior management.,Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements.,Manage cash flow and liquidity to ensure the company's financial health.,Lead and mentor the finance team.,Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth.,Build and maintain strong relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role.,Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.,Proficient in financial software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian financial markets and regulations is a plus.
