📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement disability programs that promote accessibility and inclusion.
• Collaborate with local partners, government agencies, and community leaders to create sustainable solutions.
• Oversee the design and development of accessible community spaces, such as parks, schools, and public transportation.
• Manage and coordinate vocational training programs for individuals with disabilities.
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, and make data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure program success.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in disability inclusion and advocacy.
• Represent Inclusive Solutions Foundation at local and national events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Public Health, Disability Studies, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in disability program management or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing disability programs.
• Strong knowledge of disability rights and advocacy, as well as local and national policies and regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
