📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the head nurse in managing the nursing team and patient care.,Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with treatments.,Document patient records accurately and maintain confidentiality.,Support the nursing team in maintaining a clean and organized patient environment.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.,Assist in the development and implementation of nursing protocols and procedures.,Provide emotional support to patients and their families.,Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing (SKN) or equivalent.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian healthcare regulations and standards.,Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,Valid nursing license and certification.
