📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Support the HR team in maintaining employee records and ensuring data accuracy.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct employee training and development programs as required.,Support the HR team in handling employee relations and conflict resolution.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of payroll and benefits information.,Support the HR team in conducting performance reviews and appraisals.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and other administrative tasks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.,Previous experience in a multinational or international company is a plus.
