📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Captain in planning and executing shipping operations.,Oversee the daily activities of the crew and ensure safety protocols are followed.,Monitor and report on vessel performance and maintenance.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Handle crew scheduling and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.,Provide training and support to junior crew members.,Maintain accurate records of shipping activities and crew performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in maritime operations or a related field.,Proven leadership and management skills.,Knowledge of shipping regulations and safety protocols.,Familiarity with maritime software and tools.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid seaferer's certificate or equivalent.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
