As a Delivery Operations Supervisor, you'll be responsible for managing a team of delivery personnel, optimizing routes using GPS and route planning software, and ensuring all deliveries are completed on time and in perfect condition. You'll work closely with our culinary team to coordinate the preparation and delivery of our premium catering services, ensuring our clients receive the highest standard of service.

• Manage and supervise a team of delivery personnel, ensuring they adhere to safety protocols and company policies.
• Optimize delivery routes using GPS and route planning software such as Google Maps or Waze.
• Coordinate with the culinary team to ensure timely preparation and delivery of catering services.
• Monitor and report on delivery performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of all deliveries, including times, locations, and client feedback.
• Ensure all vehicles and equipment are in good working condition and comply with safety regulations.
• Train and develop delivery personnel, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues related to deliveries promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the logistics or delivery industry.
• Proven experience in route optimization and GPS-based navigation software.
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols and regulations relevant to the delivery industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with catering and food service operations is a plus.
