🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the beauty or grooming industry.
• Proven track record of leading and managing a team to achieve business goals.
• Strong knowledge of barbering techniques and trends in the grooming industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers and team members.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Valid certification in first aid and CPR.
