📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage a team of staff, providing leadership, training, and development opportunities.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the branch.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, POS systems, and customer service.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Familiarity with Indonesian business culture and regulations.
