📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine, to customers in a timely and efficient manner.,Maintain a clean and organized work area, including bar equipment, glassware, and inventory.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and hygiene practices.,Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent service and recommendations.,Assist in the preparation of food and drinks for special events and promotions.,Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new beverage recipes to offer innovative and exciting options to customers.,Manage cash handling and ensure accurate record-keeping of sales and expenses.,Collaborate with the kitchen and other staff members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Bartender or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of mixology and cocktail preparation techniques.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Knowledge of Indonesian and English languages is a plus.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Valid food handling certificate and certification in first aid.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.
