In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing our financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Monitor and reconcile bank and cash accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.,Process and verify invoices, payments, and receipts to maintain accurate financial records.,Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial reports for management.,Support the finance manager in the preparation of tax returns and other financial filings.,Maintain and update financial records and databases, ensuring data integrity and security.,Assist in the preparation of financial analysis and projections to support business decision-making.,Provide administrative support to the finance team, including scheduling meetings and coordinating with external auditors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a restaurant or food service industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and GAAP or IFRS standards.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.,Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
