📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop voice solutions for cloud-based telecommunications and enterprise environments,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate voice solutions into existing systems,Conduct performance testing and optimization to ensure high-quality voice services,Troubleshoot and resolve voice-related issues in a timely manner,Stay updated with the latest advancements in voice technology and industry best practices,Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers,Participate in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation activities,Document technical specifications, design decisions, and implementation details

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field,5+ years of experience in voice engineering or a similar role,Strong understanding of voice protocols, such as SIP, H.323, and Megaco,Experience with cloud-based voice solutions and platforms,Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++,Knowledge of voice quality metrics and performance analysis tools,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills,Strong communication and teamwork abilities
