HR Assistant & Legal Manager

In this role, you will handle a variety of HR tasks, including employee onboarding, payroll processing, and performance evaluations. You will also be responsible for maintaining legal compliance by ensuring all HR policies and procedures adhere to Indonesian labor laws and regulations. Additionally, you will play a key role in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's goals and values. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage HR operations including employee onboarding, offboarding, and performance evaluations.
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
- Maintain and update HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to HR policies and legal requirements.
- Provide support to the management team on HR-related matters.
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including interview scheduling and candidate evaluation.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR and legal compliance.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in using HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or similar.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with legal documentation and compliance procedures.
- Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
