Cigna Insurance is seeking a skilled and strategic Enterprise Risk Management Manager to join our team in Badung, Bali. Reporting directly to the Chief Risk Officer (CRO), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of enterprise risk management at Cigna Insurance.

As an Enterprise Risk Management Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and mitigate risks across the organization. You will leverage your expertise in risk management frameworks, tools, and software to create a robust risk management framework that supports our business objectives. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the development and implementation of enterprise risk management strategies and frameworks.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks across the organization, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain risk management policies, procedures, and controls.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and provide recommendations for risk mitigation.
• Monitor and report on key risk indicators (KRIs) and risk performance metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure risk management practices are integrated into business processes.
• Provide risk management training and awareness programs to employees.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to inform risk management strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in enterprise risk management, with a proven track record in developing and implementing risk management frameworks.
• Certifications such as Certified Risk Manager (CRM), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), or Project Management Professional (PMP) are highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks, tools, and software such as SAP GRC, IBM Risk Manager, or RiskWatch.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
